Magnetic Angle Sensors work in a similar manner to Magnetic Scale Sensors utilizing a non-contact position magnet but is used for rotary position measurement. Using the magnetic measurement principle and a multiple Hall-Effect sensor array, a range from 0 to 360 degrees can be measured with a non-contact and/or with a 10 mm shaft. It has resistance to vibration, shock and dirt with a protection class up to IP68/IP69.
