Dew Point Controllers

The dual-channel process indicator is a customizable and versatile device featuring a four-digit LED display with a range from -1999 to 9999. It’s ideal for applications requiring dual input monitoring, such as dew point and temperature. Every channel is individually set up for zero, span, and input type.

This panel-mounted device is compact, with dimensions of 48mm x 96mm x 147mm, and weighs approximately 385g. The front panel holds an IP 65 / NEMA 4 / UL Type 4 rating, ensuring high protection against dust and water. The device operates within a broad temperature range, making it adaptable for diverse environments.

The process indicator supports a variety of input types, including 0 – 20mA, 4 – 20mA, and Volt input, with a dual 24Vdc supply for 2 / 3 wire transmitters. It includes mathematical functions like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, enabling flexible input data manipulation and presentation.

Furthermore, the device offers options for linearisation, analogue output, and up to four set-points, thus enhancing its adaptability to different application needs. It complies with European directives for electromagnetic compatibility and low voltage.
